When is the campsite open?
We are open almost all year round, except for two months. The exact opening and closing dates may vary from year to year: we recommend that you contact us for up-to-date confirmation.
What are the cancellation conditions?
The deposit paid will be fully retained, but it can be reused within the current season, subject to agreement with management and availability.
After this period, it can no longer be used.
In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no-show, late arrival without notice, or early departure, the deposit will be fully retained by the facility and will neither be refundable nor transferable.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, our campsite is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash in common areas and the peace of other guests is respected.
Where is the campsite located?
We are located in Val Canali, above Tonadico, in the heart of Primiero, Trentino. A peaceful area surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking relaxation and who love walking, cycling, or simply enjoying fresh mountain air.
What services are included at the campsite?
Well-maintained bathrooms and showers, washbasins, laundry facilities, electricity at the pitches, Wi-Fi in common areas, bar, and mini-market.
Available by reservation and for an additional fee: a green relaxation area, a forest sauna, and e-bike rental.
Do you have a wellness area?
Yes, we have a small wellness area with a sauna nestled in the forest and a relaxation zone. Accessible by reservation and for an additional fee, offering moments of true quiet and rejuvenation.
Correct use of the sauna
If you use the sauna, please bring a large towel and slippers. They are provided at the Cant del Gal reception and are included in the entrance price. At the end of the session, we ask you to return the towel and sauna bag.
Enter the sauna
The first sauna session should not last more than 10 minutes.
If possible, it is recommended to lie down during the first 10 minutes to balance the body’s pressure. After leaving the sauna, it is mandatory to take a shower, first with warm water and then with cold water.
This helps remove impurities and stimulates blood circulation.
Between sauna sessions, it is necessary to rest for at least 20 minutes and drink water or tea.
Peace and quiet are essential for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It is not polite to speak loudly. Before leaving the relaxation area, it is necessary to rest so that the body can return to its normal temperature and stop sweating.
After each sauna session, it is necessary to take a shower.
Can I hire an e-bike?
Of course, we offer an e-bike hire service so you can explore the valley in a comfortable and sustainable way. Bicycles are available directly at the campsite.
Is there a bar or restaurant?
We have a mini-market and bar where we serve breakfast, ice cream, aperitifs and after-dinner drinks. We do not have an in-house restaurant, but there are several typical restaurants within easy reach in the surrounding area.
Do you offer services for families?
Yes, the campsite is also perfect for families: outdoor playground, indoor games room, entertainment in high season, plenty of space to move around safely and freely.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in the campsite’s communal areas.
Do you only have pitches or also bungalows?
In addition to pitches for tents, motorhomes, vans and caravans, we offer comfortable wooden bungalows, ideal for those who want a more comfortable stay while remaining in contact with nature.
Is the campsite accessible?
Yes, we offer open, comfortable and barrier-free spaces that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their abilities.
